Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 large egg yolk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add Egg Yolk: Stir in the egg yolk until fully incorporated.
Dry Ingredients: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips.
Microwave: Microwave the cookie dough in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, for a total of 1-2 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool in the bowl for a few minutes before enjoying.
