Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground1 nutmeg

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a large bowl, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.

  3. Prepare the Topping:

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

    • Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Assemble the Cobbler:

    • Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 6-inch or 8-inch square baking dish.

    • Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the peach mixture.

  5. Air Fry:

    • Carefully place the baking dish in the air fryer basket.
