Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground1 nutmeg
For the Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions:
Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
Prepare the Topping:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Assemble the Cobbler:
Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 6-inch or 8-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the peach mixture.
Air Fry:
Carefully place the baking dish in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Tips:
For a quicker option, you can use frozen peaches. Thaw them completely before using.
Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake this cobbler in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
