Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Equipment:
Air fryer
Large bowl
Whisk
9x5 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Prepare the Loaf Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Air Fry the Banana Bread:
Carefully place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
The cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model.
Cool and Serve:
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice and serve.
Tips:
For a more moist bread, add a tablespoon of milk or buttermilk to the batter.
For extra flavor, add 1/4 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
To store, wrap the cooled bread tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container.
