Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment:

  • Air fryer

  • Large bowl

  • Whisk

  • 9x5 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Combine Dry Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Combine Wet Ingredients:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.

  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

    • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
